A watch mod is a luxury timepiece hand-assembled using a prestigious TMI automatic movement, paired with high-quality aftermarket components, often crafted from 904L stainless steel - the finest available. If you've dreamed of owning a luxury watch, Watch mods make those designs accessible to a wider audience without the use of counterfeit products, always prioritising the highest quality materials.
We use genuine TMI movements to create unique watches inspired by the best designs! Our watches are not replicas or counterfeit and we are not affiliated with the any brand in any way.
Most mod watches are assembled by hand in London, England. We do also have an international team that occasionally supports the assembly of our watch mods.
Most Watches are waterproof up to 100m, some watches may only be 30m depending on design and some even go up to 300m deep (specifically the Marinemaster Models), All Watches will be fitted with an external lubricated gasket and most have screw-down crowns, both these factors allow for maximum waterproof. Although no client has ever contacted us complaining of their watch being water damaged please still be careful when swimming with specific models as we cannot test water resistance at our facility. Warranty isn’t included when it comes to damage caused by water.
We use movements manufactured by TMI (seiko inc), Such as the family NH35 or VK63. To find out specifically the movement for your model, check the product description.
All other parts used are of the highest quality, such as sapphire crystal & 904L stainless steel. All parts are carefully checked and tested and we only work with the most reliable part manufactures
Yes, all watches are tested before shipment. Mechanical watches will be placed on a time-grapher to ensure results align with specifications from TMI. Watches will also be tested for accurate time keeping and functionality, for example chronographs go through vigorous tests to ensure functionality and durability with all sub dial and chronograph hand function.
The only test currently not run is pressure test to measure water resistance. This is due to lack of specialist equipment at our facility. However all cases are tested before by the manufacturer to ensure they aline with the guided water resistance.

Absolutely. You can customise a watch around your vision. You can choose everything from the case, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet or strap, right through to optional upgrades such as custom crowns and rotors. If you already have inspiration photos or a specific design in mind, simply send them over and we'll work with you to bring it to life.
Once we've finalised your design, we'll source the parts and hand-assemble your watch in London, keeping you updated throughout the build until it's ready to ship.

Yes, in most cases. If you already own a compatible watch, we can modify it with a range of custom upgrades, including dials, hands, bezel inserts, crystals, bracelets, crowns and more. Every project is assessed individually to ensure the modifications are suitable for your watch.
If you already have compatible parts you'd like us to use, you're welcome to send them to us. We'll professionally assemble or install the parts and charge only for the modification service, provided the components are compatible and in suitable condition.

Yes. We offer custom dial logos for an additional charge, allowing you to create a watch that's even more personal or unique. Whether it's your own brand, initials, or a bespoke design, we'll work with you to achieve the look you're after.
As every custom logo project is different, you'll need to contact us before placing your order. We'll discuss your design, confirm compatibility, and provide a personalised quote before production begins.
Yes, on selected models. We can offer watches with either an S logo or no logo (sterile dial), depending on the design and parts available. Please note that removing a logo may also change the appearance of the dial, as some versions are produced without any printed text or branding.
If you're unsure what S logo or no logo means, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to explain the differences before you order.
Where available, you can simply select your preferred S logo or no logo option directly from the product page when configuring your watch.
Yes. We offer custom crowns and rotors for selected watches at an additional cost, giving you another way to personalise your build with unique branding or design details.
As these are bespoke upgrades, they aren't currently available as standard options on our product pages. If you're interested, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements, check compatibility, and receive a personalised quote.
Yes. We have access to a much wider range of watch parts than those currently showcased on our website. If you're looking for a specific dial, bezel, hands, case, bracelet, or another component, there's a good chance we can source it for your build.

Most orders are delivered within 1–21 days. As every watch is built or prepared to order, delivery times can vary depending on the complexity of your build, parts availability, and your location.
International orders may take a little longer due to shipping and customs processing. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Once your watch has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
No. As each watch is built to order and often customised to the customer's specifications, we don't offer samples.

Yes, we do. We keep a selection of watches in stock that are ready for immediate dispatch. However, availability changes regularly, so please contact us to find out which models are currently in stock.
Most of our watches are built or customised to order, which is why delivery typically takes 1–21 days.
If the watch you want is already in stock, we'll dispatch it within 24 hours, allowing you to receive it much sooner.

We ship both within the UK and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are dispatched within our estimated 1–21 day build and fulfilment timeframe. In-stock watches are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

In most cases, no. We do everything we reasonably can to minimise the chances of your order being subject to customs charges, and the vast majority of international customers do not incur any additional fees.
However, customs policies vary from country to country. On rare occasions, your local customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees. If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before your order can be delivered.
