Shipping Overview

All orders placed with Modsbyshots are shipped with full tracking, allowing you to monitor your delivery at every stage.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and destination. We do offer free shipping for all UK watch orders and orders over £50.00 in value.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, with customers across:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • United States
  • Middle East

All international orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, However we aim to prevent these fees & costs in the way we ship.

Production Time (Watches)

Each Modsbyshots watch is built to order.

Estimated production time:
7–15 business days

This includes:

  • Sourcing components
  • Assembly and testing
  • Quality control

Please note:

  • This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee
  • Delays may occur due to supplier or part availability
  • You will be notified if any significant delay arises

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Typical estimates:

  • UK: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are separate from production time
  • Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control

 

Accessories Orders

Accessories are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, dependant on availability. If we do not have stock in the accessory ordered, there may be a 1-2 week processing time before dispatching.

Tracking & Responsibility

All orders include tracking details upon dispatch.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier:

  • Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer
  • Modsbyshots is not liable for lost or stolen packages

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control
