No Brand Affiliation

At ModsbyShots, we specialise in creating and selling high-quality custom watches that utilise the NH35 and other movements, all made by TMI, Our watches are designed with passion and a deep respect for watch making tradition, all watches are hand assembled using carefully selected high quality parts. We are not affiliated with any brands shown, all watches are made with aftermarket parts and handcrafted with various OEM and non-OEM suppliers to create custom and made-to-order watches and so not from the any watch factory or related to any known brands.

 Refunds / Returns / Warranty 

At Modsbyshots, we do not offer refunds or returns, as most watches are bespoke. However, I provide a 1-year warranty with free repairs, ensuring you can purchase with confidence knowing your watch's quality and reliability is guaranteed. Please always contact us if your unhappy or have a question and please do not apply for a chargeback with your bank.

Also if a refund is necessary it will be via store credit (if your order has begun the production process) otherwise via original payment method.

Privacy Policy

At ModsByShots, we value your privacy. We collect only the necessary personal information to process orders, provide customer support, and communicate with you — either through our website or Instagram. Your data is securely stored and never shared or sold to third parties, and we only use your information to fulfill your requests or improve your experience. You’re welcome to contact us anytime to access, update, or delete your information.

Quality Assurance Policy

At ModsByShots, each watch is hand-assembled in London with close attention to detail, ensuring quality craftsmanship and reliable performance. Before shipping, every timepiece is thoroughly inspected for movement accuracy, alignment, and overall finish. As each build is custom-made, slight imperfections may occur, which are part of the handmade character.

Photo Usage for Reviews & Social Media

At ModsByShots, we love showcasing the watches we create. By placing an order, you agree that photos of your completed build may be shared on our website or social media platforms. If you prefer your watch not be featured, just let us know at the time of your order — your privacy and preferences are always respected.

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal (EU customers only)

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). At MODSBYSHOTS, orders involving a specific combination of components selected or requested by the customer - including custom dial, hands, case, or movement configurations - are considered personalised goods and are therefore exempt.

For non-custom items, the right of withdrawal applies. Refunds may be reduced to reflect any diminishment in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as stated prior to purchase.
