Refund policy

At Modsbyshots, each timepiece is individually assembled to order, reflecting the unique specifications of each client.

As such, all pieces are considered final sale.

Bespoke Nature

Every watch is built by hand using custom-selected components.
Once an order is placed, production is allocated specifically to that piece.

For this reason, we do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Changes in preference
  • Sizing or aesthetic expectations
  • Delivery timeframes outside our control

We encourage all clients to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Warranty

Each Modsbyshots watch is covered by a 12-month mechanical warranty.

This covers:

  • Movement-related faults under normal use

In the unlikely event of an issue, we will:

  • Repair the timepiece; or
  • Replace the affected component where necessary

We do not offer refunds where a repair solution is available.

On Arrival

If your timepiece arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear supporting evidence.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via trusted couriers, usually Royal Mail.
Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

By purchasing from Modsbyshots, you acknowledge the custom-built nature of each piece and accept the terms outlined above.
