Most watches sold by Modsbyshots are built to order and personalised to specification -including custom dial, hands, case, and movement combinations. These are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c), as they constitute goods made to the consumer's specifications. This will always be confirmed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service. We can't be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We are also not liable for custom or import fees/duties - please make sure the order is sent to avoid these or make sure the cost is covered.
Withdraw requests cannot be accepted after 14 days. However all watches have a 1 year mechanical warranty. If you are unsure about something regarding the watch please contact us.
