Repairs

Seiko Mods - We offer free repairs on all Seiko Mods that we have sold as long as its under the 1 year warranty. To extend your warranty or have your watch repaired please contact us via the contact us page.

To all Seiko Mods that have not been modified by us we will still be willing to repair, however there is a fee depending on the issue at hand, please contact us with the specific issue you are facing and you will receive a quote shortly after.

Swapping out parts - Want a new dial? want a new strap? there is the possibility to modify your watch once it has already been made and even years after the purchase date. To do this contact us with the aspect you would like changed and we will respond with a quote and all your potential options.

Battery Replacements - We offer battery replacements for any watch, kindly contact us with the watch you wish to have a new battery installed in, and we will provide you with shipping information for sending your watch. Upon arrival we will replace the battery and make sure the watch is keeping great time. The price is dependant on the watch or battery but we promise to match if not beat the price of all local watch repair shops.

Link Removals (bracelet size changes) - If you know how many links you would need off your watch, we will be able to do this for you at a very low fee. Please add as a note alongside your order or contact us with your order reference. Alternatively, all tools to be able to change link sizes are able to be purchased directly via the accessories store.

Services

Seiko Mods - It is ideal that all Seiko mods receive a full service every 3-5 years to assure accurate time keeping. We offer services for all Seiko mods at a fixed fee of £75.00, please contact us if you would like to have your watch serviced. 

Pre-Owned Watches - A lot of the pre-owned watches we sell have a service history and the date of manufacture to provide necessary details for you to decide if you would like to service the watch. We can also provide our specialist opinion if we believe the watch your buying needs a service. Currently, pre-owned watch services are not available, so it is advisable to have the watch serviced by the brand directly.
