  2. We agree on a selling price together. We also agree on a percentage commission.

  3. You send us the watch and we list it for sale via our network, website, and social media.

  4. When it sells, we take a small agreed-upon commission and send the rest to you.

What Watches Do We Buy?

We buy every type of watch from the cheapest to the highest class of luxury, if your unsure if you think we would buy your watch just message us today and we will let you know.

How will I get Paid?

If your selling your watch directly with us then upon arrival and authenticating we will give you a few options on ways you can receive your money, most people chose a standard bank transfer. For consignment the same principle applies, you will be able to pick from a few options with bank transfer being the most common.

Do I need the Original Box or Papers?

No, you do not necessarily need the box or papers when selling your watch as we buy 'naked' watches. However, having the box and papers can increase the amount we offer you for the watch or the amount your watch sells for. It would be most desirable if you possessed the box and papers for your timepiece; however, even in their absence, we are willing to acquire your watch.

What Condition does the Watch need to be in?

There is no set condition that your watch would need to be in when we purchase but we do value the watch based on condition and other variables such as service history, the better condition your watch is the more you will be paid. We do purchase non working and spares/repairs watches however the value of the quote will be drastically lower. We grade the conditions when we sell by; not currently working and working; Grade C, Grade B, Grade A and Brand New.

How can I Trust you?

What if I'm not sure if the Watch is Real?

No worries at all, you can still send your watch in to us and we will authenticate for you. If it turns out to be real we can buy from you or sell on your behalf for the agreed price. However, if we find out that the watch is actually inauthentic then we will send the watch directly back to you the next working day.

What if the Watch on Consignment doesn't Sell?

Although we have never had a consignment that does not end up selling, you can request your watch back at any point and we will happily send the watch directly back to you. We will keep you updated at every step of the consignment for example if we receive any offers and although the watch is in our hands, you still have full control on when it sells and how much you would ideally like to get.

What if I'm Unhappy with the Price Quoted?

Our prices are carefully considered and so are very fair and competitive, but if you do not happen to like the quoted price there is the option to counter offer and we can negotiate further. If as a result we do not end up agreeing on a price it may be better to have your watch on consignment/sale or return instead.
